Garden greens begin again

I haven't been able to start anything in the garden yet because I'm waiting for Josh to dig a trench through the middle of the garden to bring more electric out to the workshop/coop.

I'm dying to plant though so today I dug out some planters I had stored away and filled them up with greens.

In the window boxes, I planted butter crunch lettuce.

Then along the railings I planted two kinds of kale - lacinato and curly leaf. These may outgrow their pots but I can always move them into the ground when I'm allowed to plant the garden.

I'm so excited to get things going again!
